PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The man­ag­er of the www.lycefrancais.at web­site pays par­tic­u­lar atten­tion to com­pli­ance with the legal oblig­a­tions of any web­site pub­lish­er and fol­lows the rec­om­men­da­tions of the Com­mis­sion Nationale de l’In­for­ma­tique et des Lib­ertés (CNIL).

The www.lyceefrancais.at web­site respects the pri­va­cy of Inter­net users and com­plies strict­ly with the laws in force on the pro­tec­tion of pri­va­cy and indi­vid­ual lib­er­ties. No per­son­al infor­ma­tion is col­lect­ed with­out your knowl­edge. No per­son­al infor­ma­tion is passed on to third par­ties. E‑mails, elec­tron­ic address­es or oth­er nom­i­na­tive infor­ma­tion received by this site (oth­er than on the Edu­ka reg­is­tra­tion por­tal) are not used in any way and are only kept for the time required to process them.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All mate­r­i­al on the aefe.fr web­site (texts, draw­ings, pro­grammes, pho­tographs, names, logos, etc.) is pro­tect­ed by the pro­vi­sions of the French Intel­lec­tu­al Prop­er­ty Code. Out­side France, these ele­ments are pro­tect­ed by copy­right in all sig­na­to­ry states of the Berne Convention.

In accor­dance with the French Intel­lec­tu­al Prop­er­ty Code, any repro­duc­tion, rep­re­sen­ta­tion, mod­i­fi­ca­tion, adap­ta­tion, dis­tri­b­u­tion and/or trans­la­tion of any of the ele­ments of the lyceefrancais.at web­site, in whole or in part, on any medi­um what­so­ev­er (elec­tron­ic, paper, etc.) is pro­hib­it­ed with­out the express pri­or autho­ri­sa­tion of the Lycée.

Any use not express­ly autho­rised con­sti­tutes an infringe­ment of copy­right and a coun­ter­feit pur­suant to arti­cles L 335–2. It may also con­sti­tute an act of unfair com­pe­ti­tion under arti­cle 1382 of the Civ­il Code and a vio­la­tion of image rights and/or per­son­al­i­ty rights under arti­cle 9 of the same code.

The Lycée reserves the right to take legal action for civ­il and/or crim­i­nal lia­bil­i­ty against any per­son who does not com­ply with this prohibition.

 

REPRODUCTION RIGHTS FOR PUBLIC OR OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

In accor­dance with pub­lic intel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty law, and in par­tic­u­lar arti­cle L122‑5 of the French Intel­lec­tu­al Prop­er­ty Code, ‘offi­cial doc­u­ments’ may be freely re-used:

- speech­es, press kits and press releases

- cir­cu­lars, direc­tives and oth­er reg­u­la­to­ry documents

Non-com­mer­cial re-use, par­tic­u­lar­ly for edu­ca­tion­al pur­pos­es, is autho­rised on con­di­tion that the integri­ty of the infor­ma­tion is respect­ed and that the mean­ing, scope and appli­ca­tion are not altered, and that the ori­gin and date of pub­li­ca­tion are specified.

Infor­ma­tion may not be used for com­mer­cial or pro­mo­tion­al pur­pos­es with­out express autho­ri­sa­tion and a licence to re-use pub­lic information.

The request must spec­i­fy the con­tent in ques­tion and the pub­li­ca­tion or site on which it is to appear. Once autho­ri­sa­tion has been obtained, the repro­duc­tion of con­tent must com­ply with the fol­low­ing principles:

- free distribution ;

- respect for the integri­ty of the doc­u­ments repro­duced (no mod­i­fi­ca­tions or alter­ations of any kind);

- com­pul­so­ry men­tion: ‘© www.lyceefrancais.at — rights reserved’. A hyper­text link will point direct­ly to the content.

 

RIGHT OF REPLY

In accor­dance with laws n°82–652 of 29 July 1982, n° 2004–575 of 21 June 2004 and deci­sion 2004–496 DC of 10 June 2004, any nat­ur­al or legal per­son named or des­ig­nat­ed on the www.lyceefrancais.at site has a right of reply, with­out prej­u­dice to requests for cor­rec­tion or dele­tion of the mes­sage.
The request to exer­cise the right of reply, addressed to the pub­li­ca­tion direc­tor, must be made at the lat­est with­in three months of the mes­sage jus­ti­fy­ing the request being made avail­able to the pub­lic. The per­son mak­ing the request must spec­i­fy the alle­ga­tions to which he or she wish­es to respond and the con­tent of the pro­posed reply. This inser­tion is free of charge and must be made with­in three days of receipt.


LIABILITY CLAUSE

The infor­ma­tion on this site is pro­vid­ed as a ser­vice to the pub­lic. Despite all the care tak­en in tran­scrib­ing offi­cial texts and check­ing con­tent and infor­ma­tion, the ele­ments put online can­not, in any way what­so­ev­er, claim to be accu­rate and engage the respon­si­bil­i­ty of the Lycée français de Vienne.
