It welcomes pupils with special educational needs and does everything possible to support them in their education.
Pupils with special educational needs (ÉBÉP)
Generally speaking, pupils with special educational needs can be considered to be all those who require specific attention from the teacher or adult to address learning obstacles.
In France, the Direction Générale de l’Enseignement Scolaire provides a classification for pupils with special educational needs. These are children with disabilities (physical, sensory, mental), children with serious and lasting difficulties at school, children in difficult family or social situations, intellectually precocious children, non-French speaking children, sick children.
