PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The manager of the www.lycefrancais.at website pays particular attention to compliance with the legal obligations of any website publisher and follows the recommendations of the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS
The www.lyceefrancais.at website respects the privacy of Internet users and complies strictly with the laws in force on the protection of privacy and individual liberties. No personal information is collected without your knowledge. No personal information is passed on to third parties. E‑mails, electronic addresses or other nominative information received by this site (other than on the Eduka registration portal) are not used in any way and are only kept for the time required to process them.
INTERNET USERS’ RIGHTS: RIGHT OF ACCESS AND RECTIFICATION
In accordance with the provisions of law no. 78–17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties, Internet users have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them. COPYRIGHT AND RIGHTS OF REPRODUCTION OF CONTENT POSTED ONLINE
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All material on the aefe.fr website (texts, drawings, programmes, photographs, names, logos, etc.) is protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code. Outside France, these elements are protected by copyright in all signatory states of the Berne Convention.
In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code, any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution and/or translation of any of the elements of the lyceefrancais.at website, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever (electronic, paper, etc.) is prohibited without the express prior authorisation of the Lycée.
Any use not expressly authorised constitutes an infringement of copyright and a counterfeit pursuant to articles L 335–2. It may also constitute an act of unfair competition under article 1382 of the Civil Code and a violation of image rights and/or personality rights under article 9 of the same code.
The Lycée reserves the right to take legal action for civil and/or criminal liability against any person who does not comply with this prohibition.
REPRODUCTION RIGHTS FOR PUBLIC OR OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS
In accordance with public intellectual property law, and in particular article L122‑5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, ‘official documents’ may be freely re-used:
- speeches, press kits and press releases
- circulars, directives and other regulatory documents
Non-commercial re-use, particularly for educational purposes, is authorised on condition that the integrity of the information is respected and that the meaning, scope and application are not altered, and that the origin and date of publication are specified.
Information may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without express authorisation and a licence to re-use public information.
Re-use for commercial or promotional purposes is considered to be the creation of a product or service from public information that is intended to be made available to third parties, whether free of charge or in return for payment.
REQUEST FOR AUTHORISATION TO REPRODUCE CONTENT

The request must specify the content in question and the publication or site on which it is to appear. Once authorisation has been obtained, the reproduction of content must comply with the following principles:
- free distribution ;
- respect for the integrity of the documents reproduced (no modifications or alterations of any kind);
- compulsory mention: ‘© www.lyceefrancais.at — rights reserved’. A hypertext link will point directly to the content.
RIGHT OF REPLY
In accordance with laws n°82–652 of 29 July 1982, n° 2004–575 of 21 June 2004 and decision 2004–496 DC of 10 June 2004, any natural or legal person named or designated on the www.lyceefrancais.at site has a right of reply, without prejudice to requests for correction or deletion of the message.
The request to exercise the right of reply, addressed to the publication director, must be made at the latest within three months of the message justifying the request being made available to the public. The person making the request must specify the allegations to which he or she wishes to respond and the content of the proposed reply. This insertion is free of charge and must be made within three days of receipt.
