The administrator of the website www.lyceefrancais.at places particular importance on complying with the legal obligations applicable to website publishers and applies the recommendations of the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).

All content on the www.lyceefrancais.at website (text, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, programmes, names, etc.) is protected by French intellectual property law.

Outside French territory, this content is also protected by copyright in all signatory states to the Berne Convention.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution or translation, in whole or in part, of any element of the website, regardless of the medium (paper, digital, electronic, etc.), is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the Lycée français de Vienne.

Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code. Right Of Reply

In accordance with Laws No. 82-652 of 29 July 1982, No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 and Decision No. 2004-496 DC of 10 June 2004, any natural or legal person named or designated on the website www.lyceefrancais.at has a right of reply, without prejudice to requests for correction or deletion of the content concerned.

The request must be addressed to the publication director within a maximum period of three months from the date the message was posted online. It must specify the comments in question and the text of the desired response.

The response will be inserted free of charge within three days of receipt of the request.
