Enrolment is completed online via the EDUKA plateform :
- If none of your children are or have previously been enrolled at LFV: please create an account on EDUKA.

Important: enrolment is confirmed once the non-refundable first-registration fee has been paid.
Re-enrolment
Each year, families must re-enrol their child(ren) for the following school year.
Re-enrolment is also completed online via EDUKA, where you may update your contact details if necessary.
With the EDUKA mobile application (available on the Apple Store and Google Play), you can consult your file at any time and receive news and personalised notifications.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions – Enrolment and Re-enrolment
Here are clear answers to the questions most frequently asked regarding enrolment and re-enrolment procedures.
Why is a passport requested?
We need to verify that you are the legal guardian of your child, for security and legal reasons.
In the absence of a European digital identity, a digital passport is the simplest means of verification; a national identity card is also accepted.
Why must I provide a Meldezettel?
The Meldezettel (official residence registration) is a legal requirement in Austria. It allows us to ensure that official documents are sent to the correct address.
If you do not yet have a Meldezettel but indicate an address in Austria on Eduka, please contact us so that we can validate the enrolment.
Is the EDUKA platform secure?
Yes. The Eduka Suite platform uses the CloudFlare service for all connections: requests are analysed and transmitted in encrypted form to the origin server.
This infrastructure has been validated by AEFE to ensure data confidentiality and protection.
In addition, an annual security audit is conducted by SECURIVIEW, a cybersecurity company working with major international organisations (Sophos, McAfee, Juniper, Dell, etc.). These audits ensure enhanced security of both the application and its infrastructure.
Are my data protected and compliant with the GDPR?
Yes. The collection and processing of data comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679).
-
Data are hosted in a data centre located in Amsterdam, therefore subject to European legislation.
-
They are required for legal and contractual reasons, in particular your child’s schooling and the fulfilment of our educational mission.
-
You may withdraw your consent for non-mandatory data, without affecting the legality of previous processing.
-
The “Consent” section of the platform asks you to confirm that you have read the Personal Data Protection Statement.
