At the Lycée Français de Vienne, all our staff are committed to supporting our pupils every day, providing them with the best possible conditions in which to learn, develop their potential, build their character and flourish throughout their school years.

To support our pupils from age 3 to 18, our teaching staff is composed of 180 teachers, broken down as follows:
77 in Reception and Primary School
103 in Lower and Upper Secondary School
44 support staff (supervisors, lunchtime supervisors, school support assistants, specialist staff in Reception)
19 administrative staff
38 technical and support staff

Our staff includes:
46 staff members employed by the Vienna Education Authority : die Bildungsdirektion, working at all levels to provide instruction in German as a mother tongue
156 staff members recruited locally by the LFV
72 "resident" staff members, seconded from the French Ministry of National Education to the AEFE
6 expatriate staff members, seconded by the French government
