We need to make sure that you are the legal guardian of your child. This is a mat\u00adter of secu\u00adri\u00adty and legal\u00adi\u00adty. Because there isn\u2019t a Euro\u00adpean dig\u00adi\u00adtal iden\u00adti\u00adty, the eas\u00adi\u00adest way is to use a dig\u00adi\u00adtal copy of your pass\u00adport. Of course, you can also put in your iden\u00adti\u00adty card.<\/p>\n

In case of a re-reg\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion, we would like to enhance that this request was already made \u2014 and car\u00adried out \u2014 when your child was first enrolled, but in paper form. With this new reg\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion plat\u00adform, we are able to recon\u00adsti\u00adtute your fam\u00adi\u00adly file in dig\u00adi\u00adtal form.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>The platform is great but is it secure?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Edu\u00adka Soft\u00adware\u2019s host\u00ading infra\u00adstruc\u00adture is based on the use of the Cloud\u00adFlare ser\u00advice on the front end. This means that any\u00adone access\u00ading Edu\u00adka Suite actu\u00adal\u00adly first estab\u00adlish\u00ades a con\u00adnec\u00adtion to Cloud\u00adFlare, which, after analysing the request, the clien\u00adt\u2019s behav\u00adior, and oth\u00ader secu\u00adri\u00adty checks, relays this request to the orig\u00adi\u00adnal Edu\u00adka server.<\/p>\n

All requests pass\u00ading through Cloud\u00adFlare are strict\u00adly encrypt\u00aded. The use of the Cloud\u00adFlare com\u00adpo\u00adnent was explic\u00adit\u00adly val\u00adi\u00addat\u00aded by the AEFE pri\u00ador to the tech\u00adni\u00adcal imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of this infra\u00adstruc\u00adture, in order to guar\u00adan\u00adtee com\u00adpli\u00adance with mea\u00adsures and good prac\u00adtices in terms of pri\u00adva\u00adcy pro\u00adtec\u00adtion and data confidentiality.<\/p>\n

In addi\u00adtion, an IT secu\u00adri\u00adty audit is car\u00adried out each year on the entire Edu\u00adka Suite plat\u00adform and its infra\u00adstruc\u00adture by the com\u00adpa\u00adny SECURIVIEW. All of this com\u00adpa\u00adny\u2019s oper\u00ada\u00adtions are devot\u00aded exclu\u00adsive\u00adly to IT secu\u00adri\u00adty. SECURIV\u00adIEW\u2019s client port\u00adfo\u00adlio includes major indus\u00adtry play\u00aders such as Sophos, McAfee, Juniper, Dell, and many oth\u00aders. The serv\u00ader host\u00ading Edu\u00adka is locat\u00aded in a dat\u00ada\u00adcen\u00adter locat\u00aded in the EU, in Ams\u00adter\u00addam to be pre\u00adcise, and is there\u00adfore pro\u00adtect\u00aded by Euro\u00adpean law.<\/p>\n

The doc\u00adu\u00adments and infor\u00adma\u00adtion request\u00aded are nec\u00ades\u00adsary from a legal point of view on the one hand, and for the exe\u00adcu\u00adtion of the teach\u00ading mis\u00adsion and the con\u00adtract of trust between our school, the par\u00adents and the pupils, with a view to the lat\u00adter\u2019s edu\u00adca\u00adtion, on the oth\u00ader. Fur\u00adther\u00admore, the pro\u00adcess\u00ading of this data is nec\u00ades\u00adsary for the per\u00adfor\u00admance of a mis\u00adsion of pub\u00adlic inter\u00adest.
